Honestly, unless you are just looking for somewhere with electric for the night or a dump place, this place is not for you. We found this place through Passport America for $15, but we were not expecting much.

We stayed one night during the summer, pretty much because we need to run the A/C and we didn't have our genny yet. The spots are back in only and they are paved but they are not level. This is a run down mobile home park making use of empty spots with over night rvers.

There is a city park within walking distance. We did not check it out tho. It is also plenty close to shopping.

The internet was weak even by the office we had a hard time picking it up, that was after we hunted down the manager for the password. The manager is in and out and very hard to get a hold of, but he is very nice when avaliable.

There was no bathrooms, no laundry, no nothing. Not highly recommended.
