Take the Kids to Knott's Berry Farm
by Charlotte
Personally, I was thrilled with how calm the park was. Lines for the attractions were very short, although it did seem like there were a lot of people there. There were a lot of great rides that were enjoyable for both the kids and the adults. We ate lunch at the Johnny Rocket's restaurant inside the park. It was really fun and had a cool retro vibe. The staff told us that it is the largest Johnny Rocket's restaurant. The kids really enjoyed eating in a 50's style diner. At the end of the day, the kids were tired from all the fun they had, but they could not stop talking about their favorite rides. My personal favorite was the High Sierra ferris wheel. It is a great family ride to end the day on a great note! After we finished riding the rides, the kids convinced us to try a funnel cake from the Funnel Cake Kitchen. I have to say, they were the best funnel cakes I've had in a long time. When I visit again in the future, I will not skip over this awesome dessert! I would definitely recommend Knott's Berry Farm to anyone traveling through the Southern California. It offers rides and attractions for the whole family, as well as a pleasant atmosphere with great food. http://www.knotts.com/
