Spend Your Day Splashing Around in Arizona
by MM
They also have a Arcade, and a mini golf course. The first time I went to Sunsplash I was 14. My Parents took me there during the summer. We live in the White Mountains of AZ. So it was a three hour drive just to get there. I remember being so excited when we finally landed at Sunsplash. It was so much fun, we must have stayed there for six hours. My favorite was the Bonzi slides, but they where all fun. Fast forward to the summer of 08. I needed to plan something fun for my wife, and I to do. We wanted to go to Phoenix so I tossed out the idea of going to a water park. After doing some searching on the Internet, and a endorsement by myself, we decided to go to Sunsplash. Boy was I glad we did. Somehow it managed to be better then I remembered it! The new slides were so much fun. We loved the water half pipe, and the food was great. The park still looked so clean and well maintained. We had a blast and stayed for about six hours. Well worth the price of admission. So I guess all I can really say is if you are planing on coming to AZ then a water park should be on top of your list, and Sunsplash should be on the very top of that list.
