Ottawa Lake State Park, Dousman WI

Beautiful State Park located in Southeast Wisconsin. A decent Lake for swimming, fishing, and fun. An area to swim your dog, just follow the rules so others can enjoy for years to come.

100 Campsites to chose from. Almost all have mature trees. Beautiful color in the fall. Weekends are filled from spring to fall, almost all year around.

Reservations recommended, althought there are about 20 non reservable sites. If you are coming for these it is best to come on tues/wed otherwise they are usually taken. Some non reservable have electricity too. I would call ahead they may have a last minute cancellation.

Park is in middle of Kettle Moraine Forest. Lots of hiking trails etc. Close to Old World Wisconsin historical living, museum and close to a few small towns. Great for picknicking and family get togethers. Shelters to rent as well. Two Playgrounds. And if you or a loved one have a disability, you can rent a beautiful, accessible cabin on the lake!! :)
