As a family who that decided to RV travel with kids, it became a necessity in order for our dreams to happen. Ed had a great job as a district manager for a big box home improvement store, and I had been staying home with the kids since we got married. Throughout my years as a stay at home mom, I had come up with many different ways to supplement my husband's income. I had sold on eBay, been a surrogate mother, started a home daycare, and lots more. I had even spent 9 months putting together a website online that failed miserably. None of the wonderful ways I was able to earn extra money for our family could ever completely, on its own, support us if Ed were to quit his job. So we began to investigate commercial real estate, and that looked promising...until the bubble burst.
