Escapees Rainbow's End RV Park, Livingston, TXby The Perkins
William eating dinner at our site
Though it is mostly made up of retired RVers, with very few families, children are welcomed there and encouraged to participate in nearly all of the activities. (And there are tons of activities.) We stayed for two weeks while we were setting up our homebase and getting our mail and plates, etc taken care of. While there, we spent a lot of time just hanging out in the park, going to movie nights, lunches and dinners, campfires, and dance lessons. The most memorable part of our visit was the in-depth tour of the mailing facility, the largest of its kind. The kids got to see where our mail goes and is processed before getting forwarded onto us. (By the way, we highly recommend their mail forwarding service as well; have used it for more than a year very happily.) The park is immaculate, the staff extremely friendly, the price more than affordable, and its just generally a great place overall. We love staying at Rainbow's End when we're in the area.
