Airstream Graveyard in Florida

This was near Lazy Days RV dealership near Tampa, Florida. This big old field on the side of Interstate 4 with all these Airstreams coming out of the ground! You might not be able to tell from this picture, but these are actual, full sized Airstream travel trailers!

Actually, these airstreams were planted by Bates Rv to imitate the Cadillac Rancnh in Texas. I think it adds a bit of kitch to
I-4.

Nothing in the field

We actually got off the highway and drove around behind the airstreams to see if there was a way we could go out to the field. There was a small RV campground near it, but it was posted no trespassing on the actual dirt road that lead to the field, so we respected that and didn't go further. Besides, from what we could see from the back of these airstreams, it wasn't as cute as the front.
